What does a BreeBeer subscription get me?

A valid membership subscription to the Service entitles you to one featured alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage per business day at any participating BreeBeer establishment.  A Business Day is defined as 5:00A.M. to 5:00A.M. the following day.  The service is available every day of the week, subject to the establishment being open.

Do I have to be 21 years of age to subscribe to BreeBeer?

Yes

Can you redeem the QR code at more than one establishment?

No, the QR code may only be used once on any given Business Day.

Do I need to make a purchase to receive my daily beverage?

No

What is a “featured” alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage?

Each participating BreeBeer establishment, at their discretion, will feature at least two alcoholic and one non-alcoholic beverage every day of the week, subject to the establishment being open.

Am I entitled to order any beverage?

No, you’re only entitled to redeem the QR code for one of the featured drinks at that establishment.

How do I use BreeBeer?

Step #1: Find the establishment on the BreeBeer app

Step #2: Select the featured beverage from the “Offers” at the bottom of the BreeBeer app

Step #3: Inform the server that you are a BreeBeer member prior to ordering that featured beverage. (Note: You MUSTlet the server know that you’re a BreeBeer member prior to ordering your beverage.  If you fail to inform the server at the time you place the order, you are not entitled to redeem your QR code for that beverage.  If you forgot to inform the server prior to your order, you can inform them that you are a BreeBeer member and redeem the QR code for a follow-up beverage.)

Step #4 Rate the beverage to let the establishment now how satisfied you were with that drink.  The establishment will use the aggregate ratings to improve future featured drinks for BreeBeer members.

How do I find participating establishments?

You can either search the BreeBeer app by the type of beverage or you can select “Search by Restaurant/Bar”.  The BreeBeer app will provide results within a 10-mile radius of your current location. You can also search by using the map as long as you enable location services.

How do I know which drinks are available at a specific restaurant?

The featured drinks will be displayed under “Offers” at the bottom of each restaurant’s page.

How do I save my favorite drinks?

Go to “My BreeBeer” and click the pencil to the right of “Your Favorites”.  You can either use the search by name or search by category feature.  Save your favorites and you’ll be notified when your favorites are available in your area.

Can I still join BreeBeer if I don’t drink?

Yes, you can use the platform for non-alcoholic drinks at any participating location.

What is my QR code?

Your QR code is randomly generated each day to allow you to redeem it for a featured beverage.

How long do I need to wait to redeem another QR code?

You need to wait until 5AM the following day to generate another QR code.

What should I do if my BreeBeer app is not working?

Email customersupport@breeber.com and provide your name, address, and issue.

How do I search for new drinks or favorite drinks?

The number on the top left will display all featured drinks that are currently available within a 10 mile radius.  The number on the bottom right will display all featured drinks that match your favorite drinks that are currently being featured within a 10 mile radius.

When does my billing cycle renew?

You billing cycle will renew once a month based on your start date.

What happens if my QR code has already been used?

The QR code can only be generated by the paying member. Change your password to protect your membership.

How do I change the credit card on my account?

Go to “My BreeBeer” and click the “Change Credit Card”.

How do I cancel my account?

Go to “My BreeBeer” and click the “Cancel Subscription”. Your membership will be valid until the end of that billing cycle and no refunds will be provided for that billing cycle.

How do I reset my password?

Log out of the BreeBeer app and click login. Select “Forgot Password” and follow the steps.

Can I share my membership with a friend?

No, each person must be a valid member to use the BreeBeer platform.

How do I join and use BreeBeer if I don’t own a phone?

Go to either http://breebeer.com/use-web-app/ and register through the website or ask a server at a participating establishment to help you register on a phone, tablet, or computer at the establishment.  Select the establishment and then beverage and print or write down the QR code.  Generate a QR code every time you visit a participating restaurant.
